At the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts, the ICB will answer questions on the Annual Report and Accounts submitted in advance.
Questions should be succinct and relate to the Annual Report and Accounts.
In order to respond as fully as possible, we ask that questions be submitted to the Corporate Governance Office no later than three working days prior to the meeting.
The Chair will read out any pre-submitted questions and the response at the presentation. If a question is particularly complex, it may be necessary to provide a general response to the question on the day with a more detailed response given in writing following the meeting.
The Chair reserves the right to refuse any written question that is:
- Confidential or sensitive
- An individual complaint or matter relating to an individual’s healthcare
- Deemed to be overly political, defamatory or vexatious
- Substantially the same as a question that has previously been answered at a meeting in public of the ICB Board
