Visitors to Dorset are being asked to support the NHS over the half term by choosing the right health services during what is usually a busy holiday period.

With hospital emergency departments continuing to see extreme pressure, local health and care partners are asking both residents and visitors to the area to think about the most appropriate service for them before they seek help.

Use NHS services wisely to get the right treatment, in the right place, at the right time. Our hospital emergency departments are under extreme pressure.
