NHS Dorset is proud to support On Track, a dedicated wellbeing event recognising the unique experiences and challenges faced by the Armed Forces community. Taking place at the iconic Tank Museum, the event brings together over 35 organisations and support groups to offer advice, connection, and celebration.

Designed for all members of the armed forces community – including regulars and reserves, service families, the bereaved, service leavers, veterans, and anyone connected to life in the forces – On Track is a chance to explore the power of community and its impact on mental health and wellbeing.

Ash Borham, Armed Forces Lead at NHS Dorset, said:
“As the Armed Forces Lead of NHS Dorset I am proud, with our wider NHS team, to support On Track – a dedicated wellbeing event recognising the unique experiences and challenges faced by those in and around the Armed Forces.”

This year’s theme is community, celebrating the strength and support found in positive, inclusive networks. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or someone close to you, or simply want to learn more about the resources available, On Track offers a welcoming space to connect.

The event is not only an opportunity to meet those who can offer guidance and support, but also a chance to come together with others who share similar experiences.
