Neurodivergent children may need support in different ways. Every child is unique, but whatever support they need there are a range of organisations that can offer advice and help.

Children who are neurodivergent may be living with one or more neurodevelopmental conditions. These include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and Tourette’s syndrome. This website focuses on autism and ADHD, because a review carried out by the NHS in Dorset identified a need for improved access to information and support on those conditions. However, this section of our site also includes links to information on other conditions to support Dorset’s wider neurodivergent community.
