How to access the Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) SystmOne searches guide.

The Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) is an NHS owned digital innovation partnership that develops and delivers high quality clinical resources to support safer, more effective patient care across primary care settings.

The Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) publishes searches in SystmOne to support clinicians in a range of clinical areas.

The SystmOne CDRC searches you will need to access are focused on lipid lowering treatment optimisation and case finding.

To access the Lipids, Familial Hypercholesterolaemia, PCSK9i & Inclisiran searches in SystmOne, you will need to be a member of the DCS Organisation group.

To do this, please follow the instructions on theCDRC SystmOne Access webpage.

Once a member of the DCS group, you will need to access the CDRC Quality folder and the Lipids subfolder.

The SystmOne searches required for the Familial Hypercholesteraemia case finding improvement can be found below:

Lipid Screening – Screening for Familial Hypercholesterolaemia:

Report Name  Report Returns
? Lipids 2.0 Case Finding – Consider screening for familial hypercholesterolamia  Patients who have a significant chance of familial hypercholesterolaemia
? Lipids 2.02 Case Finding – Consider screening for familial hypercholesterolamia – highest risk patients  Patients in 2.0 who are at highest risk of FH – for areas with limited resources – concentrate on these patients
? Lipids 2.2 Case Finding –  Code for FH but not genetic code – consider need for genetic testing  Patients with a code suggesting FH e.g. Possible FH who don't have a definitive FH code

If after completing the steps above you cannot access the Familial Hypercholesterolemia searches listed above, please contact CRDC who will be able to support: Contact-CDRC@healthinnovationnenc.org.uk
